This email is to let you know that we will be collecting the unwanted garden bins on the weekend of Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 July in the following areas:

HARTWELL

PRESTON DEANERY

Households who have not subscribed will receive an individually addressed letter, delivered via Royal Mail, to inform them of the arrangements. The letter explains that they can still subscribe online or by phone, but if they do not wish to subscribe then they can put their bin out and it will be removed over that weekend. I have attached an example of the letter for reference. We will also be publicising the collection on social media and the usual channels.

If anyone misses the collection then we will make separate arrangements to collect it on another day (the resident will need to contact us and will get confirmation of the date for removal). All collections will be done by the in-house WNC team who know the rounds and the area.

We will then move on to the other areas and I will confirm which places will be next on the list to the appropriate Councillors and Parish Councils.
